Background
本文以力(li)敏(min)材料為(wei)基礎(chu),通過對應(ying)力(li)場反演(yan)方法展開研究,實(shi)現了輪(lun)胎(tai)應(ying)力(li)測(ce)量的可視化(hua)。首先,根據(ju)現有輪(lun)胎(tai)的特(te)征設計了新型力(li)敏(min)傳感智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能輪(lun)胎(tai),分(fen)析了力(li)敏(min)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能輪(lun)胎(tai)的結構特(te)點;其次,建立了力(li)敏(min)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能輪(lun)胎(tai)有限(xian)元(yuan)模型,研究了力(li)敏(min)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能輪(lun)胎(tai)在充氣狀(zhuang)態、靜態受(shou)載、結構破損三種狀(zhuang)態下(xia)應(ying)力(li)及變形情(qing)況(kuang),,構建了力(li)敏(min)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能輪(lun)胎(tai)電(dian)壓測(ce)量方法,并(bing)對導(dao)電(dian)硅橡(xiang)膠材料的力(li)敏(min)性能進行了實(shi)驗(yan)驗(yan)證,分(fen)析了不(bu)同狀(zhuang)態、不(bu)同載荷下(xia)導(dao)電(dian)硅橡(xiang)膠材料的應(ying)力(li)反演(yan)情(qing)況(kuang).
